Yep, I'm back, and better than ever!

I have not been on Chobots in quite some time, but plan to get back to blogging. Wow. Last post was summer of 2010, now summer of 2011 is slowly coming up!

Random Secret Mod Party!

Hey Chos! Today there was a very random party in Vanilla, where a secret mod was changing our items! There were many items, including a pineapple hat and LBP's Z/Robo-Shirt! Many people thought it was Jessie2000, but according to coffee2353, she was offline. :O Pics below, click to enlarge 'em:

Hiki's 400th and Earth Day!

Today is Earth Day! I hope you guys did something to help our great home, i.e. picking up litter, recycling, etc.! (You can do this any day, too!) And, with Earth Day, came Hiki's 400th B-day! She held the party in Moon-walk, although we were planning a surprise party in Choco.. :P I'm starting a new rating system of parties, so if you missed on, you can get the straight-up ratings here! Please don't take this idea, but if you do, would you kindly give me credit? Thanks.

Rare Items Party

Hey! What's up guys? Well, you may know that Hiki hosted a party, and the theme was "Rare Items." There were many people there, and the citizens and agents were VERY courteous to us juniors, and got out of the Academy so we could get in! (Tears of remembrance here) Overall, not much really happened, (Technical difficulties, etc.) but there were some very stylish chos! Congratulations to Aprahcot, Reeter, Coffee2353 and Sweetgirl25, who all won a week of free citizenship! Pretty cool, huh?

Congrats to coffee2353, who has recently become an agent on Chobots! Wow! (About time, teehee ;) He's a great chobot, the perfect role model, and I know he'll make an awesome agent!

Note: I won't use trackers anymore for new agents since it may make the loading time slightly slow. Sorry about that! Oh, and sorry in advance if I ever miss a new agent!

HUGE Updates!

As you may know, the Chobots Team has updated the main page, login page, map and server select pages! It looks really awesome if you ask me! Very professional; clean and sleek! I kinda think it's slightly too modern for a kids game, but, still, that's a very nice job they've done!

Oh, and don't be surprised if you automatically start in the cafe when you log on (thus it is very crowded). You can still navigate anywhere with your trusty map! :)

1500 Followers Party = FAIL?

Hey guys! As some of you may know, there was supposedly a party for the Chobots Blog having 1500 followers, but apparently, at least to my knowledge, they were kinda a fail....I don't care about rain, but there was very little, and not as much mod magic as I expected. I'm not complaining, I'm just not sure whether or not the mods put their best effort into this one. However, I may have missed some of the party, so please correct me if I'm wrong!

Well, I went on Chobots the other day, and guess what I saw? only four servers! The others had been taken down apparently, for a reason I'm not sure of. Comment if you do know!

And then I saw a user with the longest name, so long it went off his playercard (got cut off)! He also had no age! I don't know what happened there.....

And last of all, there was an enormous amount of white chobots all over Choocolate today...kinda weird...

So, that's all for now! Kinda random, huh? :P

There was a pretty big clothing rotation on Chobots! Many items were changed, and some old, rather rare items were put up, but most are now for citizens. Here are some pics:

Valentine's Day On Chobots!

Hey guys, BB here! There were parties all day long (or at least half the day) on Chobots, in every server! There was tons of mod magic, including awesome UFOs and spray paint, and there was some rain. Sure, the parties didn't last the whole day, but we got to have fun and see quite a few mods!

V-Day:

And then, a day or two before V-day, Chobot invited a bunch of people to his house, who invited their friends, who invited their friends, and so on, creating a house of chaos! Well, on top of that, Chobot trapped everyone he could in furniture! No one could move! The only survivor was nifty72! And then, being his evil self (jk), Chobot left us all stranded! :O LOLZ, it was really fun!

The New Chobot Look!

Hey, guys! Well, as you may know, Chobots has released a newer version of the character! It now has a thinner outline, the grey belly isn't there XD, and the eyes are more joined. There were some mixed views about it. Tell me what you think!

Also, according to agent littlebigplanet, he designed the new Chobot!!!

Superbowl Sunday on Chobots!

As you all know, the SuperBowl was happening on Sunday--and while we were all tuning in to the game, there was an awesome party with Chobot! He asked us many questions about the SuperBowl, and if you answered them correctly, Chobot would invite you to his house and rain items for you, and you only! So, guess what?---I just so happened to answer a question correctly, and Chobot invited me to his house! He rained the following clothes:

-Peace
-B boy
-G Girl
-B Girl (Is that possible LOL?)
-love

Or at least that's what I remember. But it was really fun!

The second floor was blocked off by a sofa O.o

All in all, it was pretty awesome! See ya!

Love at First Bite--The Restaurant!

Well, I was on Chobots today and guess what--I got an invitation to the restaurant Love at First Bite, created by shrinkygirl, and then taken over by mo29115. At first, it was somewhat unorganized and started in the café. Then, the business moved on to shirnkygirl's house. There, some chobots found hair in their pudding, and a few chobots died, which was easily made up for by the excellent service and entertainment. Then, after a day or two, I decided to give them a second chance. This time, the service was great and very organized, with quality food and highly-trained entertainers. I especially liked the appetizer--a nice shrimp cocktail. so, all in all, even after the "Great Fire" in the kitchen that somewhat put a stop to business, I rated this great restaurant five stars out of five. So if you get a message with an invitation to the restaurant, you should definitely accept it, and you won't regret your choice. :)

New Server---Pie City!

Out with the old, in with the new!

Hey, guys! Chobots has recently added a new server, Pie City! (Technically, it replaces Live Star) People were asked to vote, and, of course, since pie is awesome (:P) , the majority voted for Pie City.
Vote on whether or not you like the new server!

As quoted from the official Chobots Blog,

"Vit has been very busy again (he doesn't sleep :) and has made some improvements
to our servers, which should improve loading time - WOOT :) You may find a slight delay in your clothes loading in the wardrobe, so don't panic
if you don't see them straight away, they are still there!!
Also he is making some adjustments to backgrounds and magic, so these may not
be available for a short time while he works on them."

So, as Chobots gets bigger, it gets more "lag," (glitches, slowing down, etc.) and hopefully we can notice the changes that Vit has made. :)

How to Be a Citizen

Click here to buy a citizenship on Chobots!

There are many advantages of being a citizen on Chobots:

You get a bigger speech bubble so others notice you
You can preform special magic
You can purchase many special items for your chobot, your house, pets, robots, etc.
You can enter full rooms
NEW! You get access to the secret room for citizens only!
NEW! You get access to the secret catalog/items for citizens only!
You can play special citizen games
And lastly, you can draw with graffiti in the Underground location!

You can buy your citizenship in the form of one month, six months, or twelve months.
Usually with each purchase you can get a special item, a bug bonus, and sometimes a discount.
The prices may vary from about $8.00, to $30.00, and then to $50.00 (In order, just an approximation).

You can also get a citizenship for free by winning specific contests from the official Chobots blog, or from a moderator's blog. Sometimes you can get a special item or bug bonus with that, too!

How to Become an Agent

Q: What agents do?

A: Agents always help. They help new Chobots to explore Chobots World. They help moderators to find and ban Nichos who use bad words or cheat. They help to develop Chobots world and spread news about it in their blogs and invite their friends.

Q: What preferences agents have?

A: Basically, agents do not have additional preferences. It is a voluntary work. But they are the most trustful Chobots and they have own badge. Also, they can draw the wall, since we know they will create only great art. Have a look what one of our agents created!

Q: How to become an agent?

A: First, you should learn the rules and secrets of Chobots world. Be patient, because it takes time. Usually it takes a month to become an agent. But for most active Chobots it can be done in a couple of weeks! Secondly, become a friend of one of our agents and help them, so they recommend you. Also, you need to do something cool like inviting your friends or making a blog or a short real about Chobots. And finally, you should ask a moderator to make you an agent. (NOTE: Don't beg them...) And of course, you should look nice, lol! :)

Note: Please ask your parents before making any of these activities.

Hey, chobots! It's me, BB! I started this blog some time ago, and I hope to keep it fun and alive by posting as much as possible! I follow many blogs, and used to contribute to a few such as Cat's blog; I'll be glad to follow your blog upon request!
I am an aspiring chobot with a dream (XD) to help all chobots in need and become an agent, and I go on almost every day.
